After a normal boot of the Windows 11 Pro, I start Thunderbird and work with success. After closing the program, I can't start it again. No error message appears. message

You list 125.0 (64 bit), which likely was incorrectly installed by some management software that you have running on your computer.

You should install 115 from https://getthunderbird.com/
