Please use the cap lock when typing. Reading your shouting hurts my and others eyes.
I must guess you are being notified your quota is used up on your providers mail server, in which case this is not the place to ask why your provider reports that.
If oyu are talking about something else, you might want to take the time to explain what is happening.
