In effort to better organize BOOKMARKS after renewed access from PC compromise, I now no longer have BOOKMARKS organized as I wanted. How can I gain access and improve a 5 day old set of BOOKMARKS

In my attempt to better organize my BOOKMARKS, having regained access following a PC compromise, I now no longer have the BOOKMARKS I so much would like to organize as I want. How can I now again gain access to and improve upon a 5 day old set of BOOKMARKS?
