Sorry frisee. I have tried sending a screenshot but it won't work. (6-173-2) ID (67490218042029D5)
If you're using a Desktop/Laptop, click on the PrtScr (Print Screen) button, open a graphics app like Paint, use Ctrl+V to paste the image and then save it to your Desktop. Then attach the file to your reply.
