email count in my inbox
I am getting a count of the emails in my inbox with a little circle around it, up to 4 with a circle. I can't see any actual emails after I read all my others. What is going on and where do I find the missing messages?

I think you activated the "Quick Filter" in the Inbox folder, and clicked on the "Show only unread messages" button of the filter (see screen shot). So when you clicked on the last unread message, no other unread message is left to be displayed...
