Keep getting "Bad Request (Invalid Verb)"

I've installed 3.6.3 and am continually getting "Bad Request (Invalid Verb)" on web sites. I refresh and click again, and it usually works fine the second time - however, of course, this is getting quite annoying...

"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now" "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
