Firefox Will Not Start Up

Firefox Will Not Start - I have tried the Profile Manager to create a new profile, but when I try, it goes to a different screen explaining that "Firefox had a problem and crashed. We'll try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts" But Firefox will not restart when we prompt it to.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

Make sure that Firefox is completely closed, when you try to run the profile manager.

Can you try to get your crash report ID (without opening Firefox) using the instructions at https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+crashes+when+you+open+it#Getting_your_crash_report
