zzxc: Is it possible to restore my favorites from a hard drive that has been pullled out of my computer due to a virus?
I was in a chat with a support representative a few moments ago and I am trying to restore my favorites. Still having some issues with that problem. Can someone get back to me to help me resolve this issue?

Firefox can't handle the raw "favorites" data. You need to get that data into IE and then Export in HTML format, so you can Import that data into Firefox.
In IE: File > Import/Export - Export to HTML file
then in Firefox: Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks -> Import & Backup - Import HTML... = From HTML file
