All I have is the firefox logo and the button to make the page larger or smaller and a line of old url's that when I go to them - I can not navigate out of them and hve no forward and backward button. I have downloaded new upgrade - but did nothing.
This happened

Can't see the Menu Bar (File, Edit, View, History...Help)? Hold down the key ( key in OSX) and press the following letters in this exact order: V T M The Menu Bar should now be displayed permanently, unless you turn it off again (View > Toolbars). Turning the Menu Bar on and off is a new feature in version 3.6. See other bars under View > Toolbars. Click on one of them will place a check mark (display) or remove the check mark (not displayed). To display the Status Bar, View, then click Status bar to place a check mark (display) or remove the check mark (not displayed).
- If items are missing then see if you can find them in the View > Toolbars > Customize window.
- If you see the item in the Customize window then drag it back from the Customize window to the Navigation toolbar.
- If you do not see that item then click the Restore Default Set button in the View > Toolbars > Customize window.

Thank you! But even then, I still had to do other three other things to get the URL bar back and the search functions back - other than BING which it kept trying to force me to use - and the back and forth arrows back, though that didn't take that long to figure out.
But why the hell would anyone do such a horrible, idiotic, botched job of designing a browser one can accidentally totally turn off - without even knowing it - and which is then - totally impossible to turn back on again - without the help of a third party? Why is there... nothing... on the page to tell you how to turn back on functions that are so easy to accidentally turn off?
Luckily, there are people like you two who can help deal with this. But I'll stick with my non-Mozilla search engines from now on.
They'll let me know when they have an answer? I cannot get on the internet except at work. I'm not going to come to work over the weekend. So..........let me stew.
Thanks for nothing.
Since I don't see my problem, here it is. I have the logo on the computer. When I click on the logo, NOTHING HAPPENS. Nothing at all. So all this advice about going to the menu bar means nothing at all. Somebody please help.
