Firefox is my default. My company website runs better on I.E. How can I quickly open that site in I.E. without changing my default browser?
Firefox is my default browser. My company's website runs better on I.E. There used to be a drop-down somewhere to let me choose which browser to open the site with. How can I select which browser opens each site?

Was that drop-down in Windows? It sounds like a Windows feature.
One thing you could try is creating a shortcut on your desktop to IE, then add the URL to the target. The IE folks would know better than I.
You can do it from within Firefox using the Launchy extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/81/
