When I open a mail item it goes back to the logon

When I load Mozilla the Icon doesn't work. So I go on through AOL and then When I open a mail item it goes back to the logon

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

User Agent

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; AOL 9.5; AOLBuild 4337.156; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; MS-RTC EA 2; BO1IE8_v1;ENUS)

See Firefox won't start - find solutions

One of your add-ons might be the culprit. Try running Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode. If that solves the problem, see Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems and possibly Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems
