When I try to log into my school account and it looks for my verisign certificate only the older version is showing not the new version. I did the SSL test recommended in the support section of Firefox. Is it possible this is not supported by the latest Firefox update? I am using a Macbook with OS X 10.5.8. Of course my school or versign is not providing any support.

Did you try to remove that old version of the certificate, assuming that you mean an intermediate certificate?

Not yet. Under authorities there is quite a long list of information. How do I know which item to delete? It is not obvious to me what each line item is referring to. Under view certificates, both the current verisign which expires in two days and the new one I uploaded this morning are present, however when I log-on to the school web-site, Firefox automatically sends the current one only. Should I delete the current one from this window, leaving only the new one?
