when i download firefox 32 bit i get the 64 bit version

Where are you downloading Firefox from? No official 64 bit version of Firefox for Windows has been released.

You can get Firefox from http://www.mozilla.com/ or for Firefox 4 beta from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/beta/
