Remember Firefox is highly customisable and we can not see what a fellow user is seeing. Do you know exactly which Toolbar you are trying to view or reinstall ? I note you have something called MSN Toolbar installed which I guess is a bing type search feature. Normally firefox allows you to choose which toolbars to display using * View -> Toolbars You then get the option to view the installed toolbars or customise them. Of course some addons; extensions or plugins you are using may alter your settings and they may need to be enabled or disabled if so use: * Tools -> Add-ons
