I keep getting redirected by .freecause.com how do i stop it?
I have cleared out themes and old add-ins but now i keep getting redirected by freecause.com. This is in facebook, goolge search and here

This is still happening and I have not heard anything.
It turned out to be quite simple:
in the Firefox address bar, type:
about:config click the button that says: I’ll be careful, I promise in the filter box, type: keyword.URL double-click on keyword.URL (under the Preference title) In the box that pops up, erase the existing text and then enter: http://www.google.com/search?q= click OK optional: close the about:config tab and restart Firefox
there you have it!
