I have installed a new printer and made it my default with Windows 7. I have successfully used the Thunderbird instructions to 'reset' to my new default printer. I need help to get Firefox to recognise the new default printer. I can choose the new printer from the drop down list, however I want to change it to the default printer

In Firefox, the "default printer" is the last printer that was selected. That setting should hold until you change it again. If Firefox doesn't hold that setting, do the reset mentioned here.
