bold text I have internet explorer 32 bit PC bought in 2004.

Windows XP. Cannot play games or watch Hulu programs..

Your above posted list of installed plugins shows that you have the Flash plugin.

You can verify that you have the Flash plugin for Firefox on the Adobe Flash Players Test Page.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
