Whenever I click on something if facebook, the popup window shows up asking if I want to navigate from this page
Whenever I try to move from one page to another or accept gifts and/or anything, a popup window shows up asking me to confirm that I want to move or cancel, this just started about a week ago, and I haven't changed any settings or done anything I'm aware of.

This issue can be caused by Facebook gadgets. You will have to check that out by removing each of them until you find the culprit. If you added or updated gadgets recently then start with those.
