proxy setting for 3.6.13 does not works properly.
i have use proxy settings at my college, and at home the network is free of proxy. Sometimes it either does not connects to the internet via proxy or it does not connects without proxy.......

I'd advise you to update to v3.6.16 because the version you're using right now is vulnerable to an SSL exploit which can impersonate a site like a banking site. The fraudulent certificates have been blacklisted in v3.6.16
You can update by going to Help | Check For Updates You can also update to v4.0 by repeating the same steps after you upgrade to 3.6.16
