When I start FF it opens in monitor 1 (main). I move it to monitor 2 and leave it there until I close it - still in monitor 2. The next time I open it, it is in monitor 1.

This is a new issue as always before it opened where I closed it.

PS: It even does it when started in safe mode.

When you moved it to monitor 2, did you maximize the Firefox window? If you did, it should stay there next time you open FF.

Yes I do maximize it every time. Reminds me, even when closed in normal mode with a half window size, the next time I make it normal it goes to a shrunk up mode about 3" square.
