That might be related to the '''profiles.ini''' file, a text file which is located in the same folder as the \Profiles\ folder in App Data. There is a much easier way of launching a specific Profile than opening the Profile Manager. Wouldn't be a bad time to learn how to do that now, since the current Profile Manager is going to be removed from Firefox at some time in the near future. My guess is that it may be gone before the end of this year.
