Can it save all email received & sent on my hard drive automatically?
I hope to get rid of AOL. I don't want to loose the feature of having all email saved to my hard drive. Can firefox provide this?

No, Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.
Thunderbird is Mozilla's email program.
