Where is the tools menu. i.e. Bandwidth meter and Diagnostics addon
I downloaded an addon for firefox called Bandwidth Meter and Diagnostics. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/bandwidth-meter-and-diagnostic/
In the instructions is says to " Open "Tools" menu and click the item "Bandwidth Meter". You can perform upload and download bandwidth measurement. It also shows your public IP address and public domain name."

Hit the Alt key to reveal the Menu Bar, which has the Tools menu.
