What does this error mean and how can I fix it? I haven't been able to find anything out online and I get it all the time now.

That is a problem with a toolbar (fctoolbar).

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
