When loading a page I keep getting transfered to 'xn--vku)r<ed-6la4c25ezaq' page . I have to keep closing all these out to continue, HELP!!
This is what happens now that I have just changed to Firefox 8, was all okay with older versions. Whenever I load a page from bookmarks etc as soon as it loads I then get transferred to a site 'xn--v??ku)?r<ed-6la4c25ezaq'. This site loads 3 or 4 times and then it says problem loading page. I have to keep closing all these page tabs to get back to my original site. Also, whenever I try to load a page the screen stays clank as the page does not load. I then try to reload the page and it loads on the second attempt. All very strange any ideas?? </p>

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

Hi, Thanks for the information , unfortunately everything I try only works for a while and then the problem comes back. Trying malaware and spyware removal programes do find some problems and I remove them but nothing I try is a permanant fix. I have to spend between 1 and 2 hours running these programs every morning before I can use my computer. It does not seem to affect earlier versions of Firefox (like 3.6 ) that I was using unfortunatley new Firefox versions keep installing and I find myself back at square one again. I also find that MS explorer keeps coming up as well and when i try to load something it always opens MS explorer even while running Firefox. I note that other people are now saying they have the same problem, could it be a fault withing Firefox itself that we have to fix?
If using the above listed scanners does not fix it or if you are blocked from installing those scanners then ask advice on one of the forums that specialize in malware removal mentioned in the Popups_not_blocked article.
