How do I get rid of the AV Security 2012 virus?
A virus that pretends to be an anti-virus program will shut down Firefox and make it close. It will give a warning that makes it look like it's trying to protect us from a potential threat when in fact AV Security 2012 is the threat. Does Firefox have a solution for this. I know it's a little unrelated to FireFox but it does affect it's use by closing it. I've updated Microsoft Security Essentials and it seems to catch and stop the virus however the virus reactivates itself. The virus is still on my computer.
