webpages saved as a text file have odd punctuation characters
when I save a webpage using text file as the "save as type" the file is strewn with what looks like odd punctuation characters. I dont have this problem with IE.

Firefox may be saving the file a Unicode (UTF-8), so make you that you select the correct encoding when you open the file with another program (editor).
