A number of websites, such as Gmail, tell me that I need to upgrade my browser, including the Firefox one (it displays the "Hey there! Looks like you’re using an old version of Firefox. Don’t miss out on the latest technology & security features. Get the free upgrade in less than a minute." message). It also tells me that I'm using 3.0.14. when I try to install a Persona, but Help>About Firefox tells me that I've got 10.0.2. I've been having this problem for a while but at least ever since the update, and can't determine whether it's because the new version doesn't install properly, or if it's something else. This occurs also when I open Safe Mode.

Thanks very much! That did the trick. I must have overlooked that page in the help section.
