I don't have problems on my browser. Make sure you update to version 10.0.2 on the website so support can be more relevant to you. What's are the following extensions installed on your browser:

  • Office Plugin for Netscape Navigator
  • DRM Netscape Network Object
  • DRM Store Netscape Plugin
  • Npdsplay dll

If you think you have malicious software on your computer or you don't recognize the extensions, first delete the extensions, then run a Microsoft Security Scan by downloading it here http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx Anyway, don't worry about possible viruses, just make sure that Firefox is up to date. If this has solved your problem, please mark it as solved.
