Why can I not get help from Firefox?
I have asked question on the forum. I have sent feedback. I have tried to call. I get no response from FireFox. I think you may not have a support department. If I have to go to another browser to upload files to my boss, than I could just use the other browser for all my business.

Sorry Firefox support is community based, and not all questions get answered.
I have tried to answer your question about uploads: /questions/918604#answer-316815
The question about your Yahoo problems also received an answer, /questions/900031#answer-280398
If the original suggestion did not work then please
- repeat clearing cookies & cache whilst in safe mode
- post back in that thread with how you get on
- if necessary (whilst logged in ) un-mark the Solution chosen
