Warning: Google search for "Firefox questions"...
WARNING: The first hit by Google for "firefox questions" is a paid ad for JustAnswers.com. It seems innocent enough as the web address shown is "firefox.justanswer.com/" - looks like a Firefox affiliate, right? WRONG - I thought that it was a Mozilla site and entered CC information: I was promptly charged $58 and my question was not answered. I finally got a refund but this is one of those instances where a Google ad gives a link with a spurious "address" and can get your money (if you're stupid enough as I was).

Another reason I never click on Ads in Google search results. I'm sorry this happened, but unfortunately Google is the one that maintains ad listings in their search results. you can try to report the ad (I can't find the link to do that at right now, but I know a process exists), but this is a case where a user will have to just use their judgement and not click on ads in search results.
The only Official Firefox support site (which never charges for anything ever) is support.mozilla.org. there are some community based support sites, but none of them will ever ask you for your credit card information. If you do get asked for credit card information on any website, don't enter it unless you are making a purchase or payment for something you know you want to purchase.
