Website loads on another computer with Firefox but not on another. Followed all your suggestions already and still same problem

I have two PC computers. On one computer a certain website does not load while in the other loads as usual. I am suing Firefox on both.

The website loaded OK until about three days ago.

I have followed all your suggestions about individually entering that site in Firefox, clearing cookies, etc., nothing. The website flashes on the screen, the screen then turns white.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
