I HAD TO DO A FACTORY RESET ON MY COMPUTER AND HAD TO DOWNLOAD FIREFOX AGAIN BUT ALL MY PASSWORDS AND EMAILS ARE GONE PLEASE HELP
i had problems with my computer so had to do a factory reset downloaded firefox and all emails and passwords are gone i am new to this and didnt know how to back them up i need these emails and passwords back

I don't know if the people here can help you as we can't verify whether the accounts/computer belongs to you.
If you've reset your Windows setup by doing a factory reset and you didn't make a backup of the personal data in the Firefox Profile Folder before doing this then I'm afraid that all data that Firefox stores in the Firefox Profile Folder is lost.

You should regularly backup your personal data in Firefox to guard against such issues.
Also, Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". Seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
