Hello!

I decided to format my computer and wanted to backup my bookmarks etc. I created a firefox sync account and synced them. When i was done i tried to sync my bookmarks back to the computer but failed. Now all my bookmarks are gone. Is there any way to retrieve that information from one of your servers?

Do you have your Sync Key (or Recovery Key) ?

Have you reset your Sync Key?
If you did your bookmarks are gone.
