How do I get my personal Settings Back In Firefox

About 2 days ago I launched Firefox and all of my personal settings were gone. Personal settings like "Personal Theme #44 and icons in the toolbar: "New Tab", "New Window".

Is there a way to get these setting back the way I had them without re-configuring them all?
