why mozilla.cfg file is not working with Firefox 21

user_pref doesn't work in mozilla.cfg
Also the proper name of the function is lockPref() and not lockpref().

defaultPref(); // set new default value pref(); // set pref, but allow changes in current session lockPref(); // lock pref, disallow changes
