Axcess is blocked by page demanding $300 to unblock
a page I'm unable to close is blocking access to my primary user account. I'm now logged on as a guest. Page is demanding $300 moneygram to unblock. Running Windows 7. alt f4, window button&-, window button&m, none will close or bypass this window.
