Hello,

I'm running firefox 22.0 and am a happy FF user over the past 10 years. Now since today, I couldn't make a bookmark, and FF automaticly zooms to 400% when I hit the CTRL button. aswell as when I want to select something from a dropdown menu, it dissapears. so I resetted the browser. I removed firefox from my laptop, deleted the installing directory (everything). and Reiinstalled it. and even on a fresh firefox, which I run in safe mode without add-ons he keeps doing this.

For your information, after reiinstalling FF the bookmark function works again.

Conclusion:

The problem is: When hitting the CTRL ticket he zooms to +/- 400% When using a dropbown menu, he shows the menu for 0.001 seconds and then dissapears again.

Please advice... (P.S. don't make me use IE for a long time, I turn into a mean person ;) )

What kind of mouse do you have?

Try:

Your bookmarks problem could have been caused by a corrupted places.sqlite database file.

Really?

It worked, I've set the zoom function to 0 in the config. I disabled my external mouse (Connected to a displaylink) and used my own logitech mouse. And I can see drop down menu's again...

I Deleted all of my GUI's and my configs, but at least I'm back at firefox now. Thanks for the quick supprt Cor-el.
