On GSN Games, I try to contact support at bottom of game, before I would click on contact support and a tab would open at the top but now nothing
On GSN Games, I try to contact support at bottom of game, before I would click on contact support and a tab would open at the top but now nothing, a tab pops up and theres a little square box on it but it never loads to take me to support. It was working fine before. I probably hit the wrong button as usual. Help!

Reload the webpage while bypassing the cache using one of the following steps:
- Hold down the Shift key and click the Reload button with a left click.
OR
- Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows and Linux)
- Press Command + Shift + R (Mac)

thats at the top of the browser, when i click for support, the new tab shows up and does nothing before it said contact support and worked. I have Internet explorer (xp) but I use firefox because its faster so its my default. I don't know whats going on.
Can you post a link and possibly attach a screenshot to clarify which link you try to click?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
