firefox crashes

At beginning flash crashed and also firefox also crashed so i googled it and found that "Hardware acceleration" is problem.

I disabled it and now firefox is constantly crashing even "about:support" or "Help > Troubleshooting Information."

i have already deleted my old profile and created a new profile still now problem exist.

Please help me to resolve this as soon as possible

That is a problem with the Flash plugin.

You can check for problems with current Flash plugin versions and try these:

  • disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

Same problem persist.

I followed your instruction,

1. I don't have real player and also the plugin. 2. I added "ProtectedMode=0" in mms.cfg 3. I already disabled hardware acceleration in flash plugin

video's are playing fine in flash player and youtube.

But firefox crashes constantly and also while opening Help->Troubleshoot information

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

still problem exist

now no crash report was generating.
