norton antivirus wont allow firefox to download because it says it's "adware", can the lenovo ideapad download firefox?
I have a 2003 Lenovo Ideapad run by windows 7 and it wont download firefox. When I click download it asks me if I want to run or save I click run. Then Norton antivirus prevents it from downloading because it says it's "adware". How do I get past this problem??? Thank you for any help it is very much appreciated!

If you are downloading Firefox from Mozilla.org, this download is safe. You can disable your antivirus for the download process.
