Hi my name is Lakshmi sudhakar.i was facing serious problem with Firefox 3.5 and 13 every 10 minutes it is crashing why it is crashing like that can you please help on that and can you tell me how to fix this problem.my Firefox crashes every 10 min so i think this is a ram problem and i changed entire cpu but its not working .can please help in this.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.

  • You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website, or open the crash reports page via "Help > Troubleshooting Information".
