I use Firefox and when I log onto Barclays Online Banking I get a balance but every time I click on 'statement' Mozilla freezes and then closes down?? Help

How can I resolve this issue so that I can clearly see my statement. I asked the question on Yahoo Answers and the concensus was switch to Google Chrome? Surely that's not the answer?

Hello,

Please try restarting Firefox in safe mode and see if the problem goes out. If it works fine in safe mode then one of your Extension may be causing the problem.
