I can not access any secure site with out it being blocked entirely or given the option to access anyway given an untrusted certificate. No matter what secure site I go to now the same message. The name in all the fields is "DIGITALMARKETRESEARCHAPPS PTY LTD". I am having to post this through IE as I can't access Firefox's site through firefox. I just updated from v26 to v27 and did a reset and had no issues before this.

hello rehmeyer, this appears to be an issue caused by malicious software on your PC.

please go to the windows control panel / programs and remove all toolbars, suspicious programs or things you haven't installed intentionally from there.
afterwards, run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes & adwcleaner.
