Firefox doesn't seem to like DictionaryBoss, but I do. They always try to block it when I try to download it. I downloaded it but it is not there now. I looked for the tools button to check on it, but no tools button. I tried to download it again, but was told that I already have it. But it's not there--????

Hello Oleomargarine,
There are a couple of options to try with this issue. Option1 is to go to -Start menu-Control Panel-Add and Remove Programs. Look for the dictionary boss toolbar and uninstall it, then try downloading and reinstalling it again. Option 2 Open up Mozilla and click on the help tab on the right of your menu bar, click on troubleshooting information and this will redirect you to another page. On the right hand side you will see where it will allow you to reset you Mozilla Firefox browser.(Understand this will reset everything in the browser and put it back to when you first installed it.) Now just something to research, Dictionary Boss is viewed as adware - spyware and some anti-virus's removal tools will disable or remove it completely. Check you anti-virus software for any changes that it might have done recently. I hope this helps.
Firefox button > Options = does Dictionary Boss Toolbar have a check-mark?
Note that a Google search for DictionaryBoss comes up with a lot results about removing this toolbarm but it is up to you to decide whether to use this software.
