Sorry christ1 but as i said i downloaded that plug in and it did nothing

I don't have time right now to go into detail work calls, but that message is full of Microsoft proprietary fixes and assorted rubbish. There is also a line inserted by some sort of anti virus program. First order of business is stop that line being inserted. The mail format is probably shaky enough with all it's Microsoft "stuff" adding a further edit on the fly is probably simply corrupting already dodgy HTML.
