i use Firefox. I can play just about any game on facebook, but when i go to play pet rescue saga the computer shuts off. it doesnt happen when i play while on enternet explorer. computer has been restored and still happens. starts out just shuting off when in pet rescue then over time it will shut of in candy crush and then after that it just shuts off even if not dong anything. if firefox is not downloaded on computer this doesnt happen.

Wow, that is pretty extreme. Usually the worst that would happen is that Firefox would close.

In case this is caused by an incompatibility with your graphics card driver, could you try this:

(1) Disable hardware graphics acceleration in Firefox using:

orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced > General mini-tab

Uncheck the box for "Use hardware acceleration when available"

This will take effect the next time you exit out of Firefox and start it up again.

(2) Assuming these games use the Flash player, disable hardware graphics acceleration in the Flash player plugin

Any improvement?

By the way, it looks like your Adobe PDF plugin hasn't been updated for a while. The best way to update that is to open your Adobe product (Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat) and use the Help menu > Check for Updates.
