for the past 3 days the yahoo mail site does no longer work on my firefox browser. It works fine on IE and chrome. I can access the email account but than everything is then frozen and some icons are missing.

I tested this on firefox 25.1, 28 and 29 beta. -> still everything frozen "Remove Cookies" -> still everything frozen "Clear the Cache" -> still everything frozen I started the browser without addons and theme (safe mode) -> still everything frozen

If if works in a new profile, then it was something in your old configuration that was screwing with Yahoo. You can import your necessary information such as Bookmarks and such by following the link below and following the instructions

yeah creating a new profile solved the problem.

Is there any chance to look into the profile and fix the problem? or do I have to port the settings one by one and test yahoo?
