I want to keep Mozilla Firefox as a browser but i want to make internet explorer my default browser. The problem is i don't have access to the control panel. Is it possible to do this without access to the control panel?

In IE, select the Tools menu then Internet Options. Go to the Programs tab for the option to make IE the default.

Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > "Set Program Access And Defaults" (on the left)

Open: Custom (click arrow on the right)

Select "Internet Explorer" under "Choose a default Web Browser"

Click OK
