Having the same problem. A so-called survey site loads a command window each time Firefox opens. It claims to be a survey for the website you go to, but in fact is a marketing site that directs you to a site to sell merchandise. It has a disclaimer that says it is NOT affiliated with the site it asks you to survey, and that the website does NOT authorize the survey. This is clearly some type of drive-by attack or a trojan, that my security software (Norton) cannot block. It happens with IE also. No amount of virus or spyware scanning can find or stop this false survey site. Mozilla must know about this problem, so how do we fix it (or stop it). You folks at Mozilla must find a way to stop this intrusion. There is no way for me, and probably anyone else, to stop it.
